The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the hospitality throughout our comfortable, pleasant stay was excellent. Ms. Nilam from the front office was courteous and helped us smoothly throughout. Her friendly, professional approach made the experience more memorable.

The staff were courteous and helpful, especially "Neelam" at the front desk, whose helpfulness stood out. I stayed at Magnus Riverside for one night and found it very comfortable. The room was neat, spacious, and well air-conditioned.

The room was kept clean every day, and I had no trouble with the AC or furniture. Neelam at reception was patient with my concerns and really accommodating. There was a small issue with the tea I ordered to the room, but I still had a great stay at Magnus Riverside.
