Capital O 18911 Orbett Htl

My husband and I stayed at Orbett Hotel, Apte road, Pune on 28th and 29th April 2026. We were in room 302. After a local wedding, we got back around 10.30 pm to 11 pm on 28th April. My husband had his mechanical Raymond Weil watch with him and left it on the main table. At around 11.45 pm, he checked the time and then put it back on that table before we went to sleep. In the morning we ordered coffee through room service. It was set down on the same table, and within 5 minutes we noticed the Raymond Weil watch was gone. As far as we knew, nobody else had entered or left the room. We reported it at the front desk, but nothing was done. After repeated enquiries, they sent us to Mr Raj Mandal, who only became available two hours later. Staff said he was at the breakfast counter, but he wasn’t there when we checked, and it seemed he was avoiding us. He appeared after we escalated the issue. We asked to see the video footage. Mr Mandal said it would take a long time and asked us to wait a couple of days. After we kept asking and losing time in Pune, he showed us a short clip with a smudgy picture. When we asked for more footage, he requested another day to analyse it and get back to us. To date, neither he nor ORBETT HOTEL MANAGEMENT has made an effort to follow up, despite many calls. The only response we get is, “pls dont report this in the review”. This is clearly a security issue.

I visited last week for business meetings and liked the ambience. The food was fresh, authentic, and really tasty, and the staff were polite and helpful. The place, including the washrooms, was clean. It could also work for a birthday party, small gathering, get-together, or other small function.

We had a networking meeting here, and it was a nice venue for that. The hi-tea they served was delicious too.

The room had a nice look and a positive feel, and breakfast was included. They also cleaned regularly. I had a satisfying stay and a really good experience overall.
