OYO 22998 Indraprastha Executive

We'd booked two rooms through the OYO website, and the hotel's guest list clearly showed both reservations. Even so, the reception staff said they only had one room and couldn't do anything, telling us to contact the company. It was 11 at night, and I was with our six-month-old baby, but they still refused to let us stay. My husband asked the owner to come. He saw us near the hotel, and even though someone from the company was calling about the booking, he ignored the call and left without asking what had happened. The OYO call centre agent tried to help, but there were no other hotels nearby, so we got our money refunded instead. Thanks to the OYO call centre team for trying. I'd also like to apologize if my husband sounded a little rude. He was worried about the baby's safety. The hotel staff and owner were rude and awful. I would tell people never to book here.

For 1,000 per night, I got room 203, which was a decent size and had AC and a geyser in the bathroom. It's close to the road, but that also meant traffic noise throughout the night. The road access is convenient, though. The room and washroom were dirty, and there were spider webs in the room. Mosquitoes kept me awake all night. Housekeeping didn't even check what I needed, and parking was limited, though a bike could be accommodated.

The booking in the OYO app showed a good room at Indraprastha Executive, but what I found there was a nightmare. I needed a place in Pune because of heavy rain, and checked in on 20 September 2020. There was a foul, rotten smell. The room service man said it might be because the room had been closed for days, sprayed air freshener, and left. Looking closer, I found dirty walls, someone else's bindi on the mirror, a dirty bedsheet, hair behind the pillows, and used condoms beside a small table behind the bed. I called room service about the lack of hygiene and cleanliness. They moved me to another room, but that one wasn't up to standard either. The room service guy told me the hotel was mostly used by couples, with families or business guests staying only rarely. OYO should refund what I paid if it cares about customer satisfaction and retention. If hotels like this are being offered during a pandemic, strict action should be taken against OYO first and then the hotel. Customers book based on the value OYO shows them. I'm disappointed with my stay at Indraprastha Executive. If places like this are listed on OYO, customers like me will think twice before booking.

The room service, bedsheets, and bathroom were all in very bad condition. The TV had no recharge, either. If you're planning to stay here for two days, you'll be disappointed.
