At Saffron Hotel, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. When we asked for a room for two, he quoted a different price from our previous visit, and even though we agreed to manage, his attitude was unacceptable. I'm also concerned that the boy at reception often seems under the influence of alcohol. He appeared drunk while dealing with guests during our visit, which felt unsafe, irresponsible, and unprofessional. Service overall was poor. There was no water bottle or basic facilities in the room, yet the charges were unnecessarily high. I ask management to take this seriously and improve staff conduct, professionalism, and the service standards.

The hotel is old, and the photos make it look different from what it is. The rooms are tiny and don't justify the price. It's in a very crowded, dense area on a narrow street, and the toilets weren't properly hygienic. Not worth it.

A terrible place to stay, so don't waste your money. The staff behaved badly, the room had no facilities, and there wasn't even hot water.

I booked until 23rd Nov and checked out at 12:20 a.m. on the 23rd. The room hadn't been cleaned at all during the day on 22nd Nov, even though I left the key at reception. The service is pathetic. They never replace the towels, and only bring a water bottle if you ask.

For 1890rs, I expected more. This was more like a 600rs to 800rs room: very small, with no ventilation or breathing space. It wasn't satisfactory.
