I booked through the OYO app because the rate was affordable, but spending the night there was a nightmare. The room had stained, unhygienic walls, and the bedsheets and pillows were extremely dirty. There was no electricity all night, so it was suffocating and I couldn't sleep. I couldn't get a towel, soap, or drinking water. At reception, I was told I'd have to pay for everything. Cheap pricing doesn't make up for filthy conditions and missing basics. I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel just because it costs less.

I booked through OYO and paid at reception before seeing the room. It was dirty, smelly, and unhygienic, and the AC didn't work. There was no TV either. They showed me several rooms, and every one was the same. When I cancelled, they refused to refund me. OYO didn't help, so I called 100 and involved the police just to get my money back. Staff spoke rudely and forced me to give my thumb impression. It was the most stressful, worst hotel and OYO experience I've had. OYO doesn't seem to audit the hotel or take complaints seriously, and they don't take action against it. We request that people not book through OYO either.

The room was a nightmare: a dirty toilet, unclean floors and surfaces, an unclean mattress and blanket, and awful wall paint. It was unhygienic throughout. There was no AC, the fan didn't work properly, the bathroom door had no latch, and they gave me no room keys. I trusted Oyo and booked this sham of a property. Shame on Oyo for listing places like this and fooling customers.

I booked through the oyo app and should've checked the room before paying at reception. It was filthy, with cobwebs, dust, and dirty walls; the washroom was just as bad. The taps didn't work and the buckets leaked. The hotel was completely unhygienic and pathetic, and the staff were rude and unresponsive. How are places like this still operating?

Maintenance is basically nonexistent, and the quality is poor. It might do for a solo traveler who only needs somewhere basic to crash, but if you're travelling as a couple, avoid this hotel.
