Hotel Mint Salisbury Park

The lights were too dim, and there were so many mosquitoes in the room. It didn’t look like the rooms shown online. People in nearby buildings seemed to be watching through their windows, so you couldn’t leave the curtains open. There was no discipline at all, with people from other rooms shouting in the lobby like they were drunk. Very disappointing.

Mrs Ziya welcomed us so warmly, and our stay at that Fabhotel was wonderful.

Most of the staff were helpful and polite, and the stay was good overall. One receptionist, though, was very rude and arrogant, and there were several unpleasant encounters. When I ordered food from outside, I asked reception for utensils. She said none were available because the hotel was full. I said I could wait 10-15 minutes, but she said she couldn’t manage it or provide any. When I asked what I should do, she brushed me off, saying she didn’t know and couldn’t do anything. She even said she eats with her hands and chapati, implying I should do the same. It felt very unprofessional and left me disappointed, even though the other staff and service were very good.

The receptionist was rude and mad. Everything had been finalized before booking, but they billed us more and threatened us to pay a day before checkout.
