OYO 704 Apartment Kharadi

I was stuck here for 14 days, and it was a nightmare. I would've left after the first day, but my company had booked and paid for the whole stay in advance. There was no professional management, no kitchen, and no parking. Breakfast meant just two very limited choices, bought from a roadside vendor. Even getting a sealed water bottle was a struggle. The elevator didn't work, and when it did, it had spit marks inside. Worst of all, the place had bed bugs. I'd rate it zero stars if I could.

Date: 26th April 2022. I checked in and checked out within 15 minutes. I had booked an AC room on Monday for Tuesday at 5:30am through Wednesday at 5:30pm, and the owner had agreed on a price and shown me a good room. He said Zakeer would help me when I arrived Tuesday morning. But Zakeer was fast asleep and in no state to assist. He wouldn't turn on the reception lights so I could give him my details, and I had to use my phone light to fill everything out. The room he gave me was completely different from the one we'd agreed on, and he said he'd move me to a better room the next day. This room was shabby and dirty, with breezer bottles and caps lying around. The bathroom had no windows, the AC was noisy, and the lights kept fluctuating. The owner had promised parking, but the receptionist said there was none and I'd have to park on the road. There was no key to lock the room. Terrible service. They show you one thing and give you something else when you're at a point where you can't go anywhere else.

The location is very good, and it's easy to catch a bus or shared auto. It's near zesar IT park. The AC rooms are spacious, though the bathrooms are very small. The bed and linens are poor quality. Breakfast is complimentary, and the staff are polite.

The hygiene and safety concerns were ignored by Oyo customer service, and the service desk guy was so rude. All three rooms we saw had problems: spit marks, a torn pillowcase, and towels stained with oil. The staff and the rooms were both horrible. Don't stay here even if they pay you to.
