Lifespace- Spacious Hostel in a Luxurious Villa

I checked in and was unpacking when the caretaker guy came into the room and started taking photographs. I experienced a privacy breach and left immediately. I warned him and the call agent about the legal rules around privacy and asked them to remove the pictures. They defended themselves, apologized, said they would remove them, and offered to refund the price. Future customers, please beware of these illegal acts.

At property 38, you might get a vacant bed if you book ahead. But one staff member demanded the full charges for both days to change the date, even though no booking confirmation details had been shared. The highway location also means heavy vehicle noise at night, which made it hard to sleep.

It’s a friendly place with good discipline, and the management is excellent. I keep coming back mainly because it’s clean. It is a little expensive, honestly, but I have no other complaints.

The staff were good, and the property was kept clean and hygienic. It was a very good stay.
