The rooms themselves were excellent, but the service and readiness for emergencies were not. I was in the bathroom one morning when both the water and electricity stopped. The water eventually returned after a lot of difficulty, but the power stayed off, so I had to head to my conference without showering. The front desk kept telling me it would be back in ten minutes, but there was no update all day. That evening I was told there had been a major failure. For a four-star hotel, losing both utilities is unacceptable, and they did not seem prepared to handle it. Varad at the front desk made promises but didn't follow through. They need to improve their service substantially.

The Wi-Fi drops out for 15-20 minutes every day, apparently for a server reset. And the Aglio Olio comes out more like pulao. Stay at your own peril.
