The Haven Serviced Residences

The Gold Haven Serviced Residences in Kharadi, Pune, worked well for our stay, with a generally clean and safe feel and good value for the space and location. The 1 BHK style apartments have a separate living room and bedroom, balcony, and compact open kitchen, which is handy for stays longer than a couple of days. They’re spacious, with comfortable beds, decent storage, an electronic safe, and TVs in the living room and often the bedroom. The kitchen usually has a fridge, microwave, induction or hot plate, and basic utensils for light cooking or reheating. Bathrooms are usually clean and come with towels and basic toiletries, though some doors, AC units, and fittings feel dated and could use maintenance. It’s on the main road in Kharadi/Rakshak Nagar, opposite or very close to Zensar IT Tower, and near EON IT Park and WTC. That’s convenient for the Kharadi IT belt. There are plenty of eateries nearby, including a popular dhaba next door, cabs are easy to get, and it’s roughly 8-9 km from Pune International Airport. The restaurant inside is open from 8 in the morning until 2 at night. The food is made fresh and tasted really yummy, and the WiFi has decent speed. Special thanks to Mr vishal, who looked after everything and arranged our visits to shiridi. The owner was kind and approachable too, helped arrange the rooms, and made sure we had a pleasant stay.

The location is great, the rooms and bathrooms are neat, and the staff are courteous and helpful, so the stay was good overall. The property is old and hasn’t been maintained properly, though. The balcony door latch didn’t work, and the outdoor AC unit in Room 201 made a huge noise that wasn’t fixed after I complained. The intercom was out of order, and the kettle only worked after a struggle. The dining area needs attention. The sofas were old and soiled, the discolored melanin plates were dirty and should be replaced with porcelain, and the serving boys were unclean. The complimentary breakfast was very limited and basic, below industry standards.

The views were breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect getaway. The food was delicious, and the staff were wonderfully hospitable. The rooms were spotless and well maintained, and the location was convenient, with modern amenities and good value for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to meet every need. I’d love to return.
