Hotel Mukesh residency

I'm giving this feedback honestly. The room wasn't cleaned properly, the lift was very dirty, and the old furniture was poorly maintained. The bed was in terrible condition, with springs hurting my back and causing pain. I asked for it to be changed, but no one responded properly. There was no hot water. They said it would come after wasting one bucket of cold water, but even after three buckets it still didn't come, so I had to bathe in cold water because I had plans. The TV wasn't working either, and they said it had been out of order for the last few days. They didn't provide basic bathing items like soap and shampoo or a dental kit/toothbrush kit. Most importantly, the AC wasn't working. Please be careful before choosing this place. After I wrote these true facts, they asked for the name under which my room was booked. If the hotel management has these problems, they should solve them instead of asking for those details. I also have a hotel in chennai, and nowadays it's very easy to find out how and when a person stayed at our hotel. I booked 3 rooms, and all of them had the problems above. The hotel's reply said they were disappointed to hear about the stay, that it didn't reflect their standard operating procedures, and asked me to share the booking name so their team could investigate further.
