The staff were argumentative and the hospitality was poor. They refused to accept a masked Aadhar as proof of address, which was really ridiculous.

When my parents arrived in Pune a week later, I called in the morning to book a room and was told the whole hotel was full. I had to scramble to find another place nearby. Before that, I'd gone in person to check a room for their visit, and they said they didn't take advance bookings and that rooms would be available whenever we came. The service boys aren't professional enough, they neither take advance bookings nor seem available. I think they're a fraud. Never go to this hotel.

It works well for a night halt before continuing the next morning. Just make sure to inspect the room before agreeing to it.

The room was dirty, the staff were drunk, and the bathroom was filthy. The toilet was broken, there wasn't enough hot water, and the carpet was unclean too. Service was poor.
