The floor was completely dirty, and the room felt unhygienic. There was algae in the bathroom and even small plants growing there. The wallpaper was torn, and the door lock was broken.

The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned and breakfast wasn’t provided. The AC in the room isn’t working, and the TV doesn’t work either. Please look into these problems and sort them out as soon as possible. Thank you.

It looked all right from outside, and the bed and room were clean. But the fan regulator was missing, and there was no AC remote. I wasn’t sure the AC would work anyway. The bucket and mug in the bathroom weren’t very clean, and the place felt like a railway waiting room. At 1100, it was overpriced. 500 would have been a better price.

The front desk guy asked for extra money to give me a deluxe room. I refused, and he assigned me a dirty, smelly room with bad, broken furniture. That’s completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t choose or recommend fab hotels to anyone. I have a video of the room if you want proof.

The owner was asleep in one of the rooms, and they gave us that same room without cleaning it. Staff also go into the room when you’re out, behave rudely, and don’t cooperate. The worst experience I’ve had at a hotel.
