The rooms are tiny, and the service is poor. Third class service.

OYO should check whether this hotel is being kept up properly. From outside it looked good, but the route to my room wasn't maintained and the room itself was poorly looked after. I expected at least a basic standard from an OYO hotel. There was no bulb by the wash basin, the closet cover was missing, the bathroom lock wasn't proper, and the dustbin cover was gone. I've always received complimentary breakfast at OYO places before, but not here. They said the restaurant opened after 11, and offered to get vada pav or samoosa from the street shop in front of the hotel instead. The AC room rate was listed as 1500, while the OYO app showed 2600. I had a 50 percent offer and paid 1299. Reception told me OYO paid them 999, so I could see how OYO makes money even with the discount. It's a business, but the service still matters. OYO should also make sure every hotel subscribes to English channels. My room had a big TV, but only local-language channels. English movie channels would be useful for people travelling from another state or from abroad; otherwise, even a large TV won't get used.

The evening staff confirmed my booking, then the next morning staff said there was no confirmed booking. Because of this unethical hotel, I was late to my meeting. Terrible experience. I'd especially advise people travelling for work to avoid places like this. If minus stars were possible, I'd give it -5.
