The service was pathetic, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The AC ran without cooling, and the door lock was very hard to open and close. There was no complimentary water, and although breakfast was included in my package, I wasn't given any when I had to check out early.

After I paid at the hotel, they showed me a deluxe room in a different building, and it was absolutely awful. The hotel picture I had booked from was different. We felt cheated.

My guest was pulled into an unnecessary argument over the bill amount, which wasn't legitimate. The overall experience was bad.

The bed and pillows weren't clean, and the towel was old. Cockroaches were running around the room. I was totally unsatisfied and would never recommend this hotel.

Even though I had paid the full amount in advance and booked a room, they refused to check me in. They said there were no empty rooms despite having rooms available, and left me stranded in the rain. Worst hotel. Avoid this place at all costs.
