Fabhotel Arsh Executive Inn

The entrance was a poor first impression, with an overflowing waterline constantly pouring near the doorway. Inside, the room was dirty and badly maintained, far below the basic cleanliness I'd expect. Mosquitoes were everywhere, making it hard to relax or sleep, and there seemed to be no effort to address them. I stayed three days and had no hot water the whole time, despite assurances when booking. When I raised it with the receptionist, they blamed a hot water system problem. This was the worst lodging experience I've had, and Arsh Executive Inn falls far short of even basic standards. Potential guests should reconsider unless things improve drastically.

The room was spacious, and the location was just right for us. We stayed three nights at Hotel Arsh Executive inn lodging and Boarding and really enjoyed it. Breakfast each morning was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. We'd definitely come back.

Only the room size was good, it was spacious. Everything else made this our worst stay so far. The hotel was dirty and poorly maintained throughout, with smelly, messy corridors and cockroaches all over the rooms. Food prices were extremely high, and service left us completely unsatisfied. They advertise 24/7 room service, but even after calling around 24 times when we needed help, nobody answered, so we had to go to reception each time. The same happened with complimentary breakfast: no one picked up, and we had to search the whole hotel to find someone. Staff were irresponsible, and even when we asked for the room to be cleaned every other day, it wasn't. We chose this for a six-night stay as a couple after seeing the website photos, but the reality was the complete opposite. I would never recommend it.
