The manager was rude and still refused to let us in, even though I’d called ahead to say Mumbai traffic might make us arrive after midnight. He wanted extra money and kept saying we should book directly with the hotel instead of using the MMT app. I didn’t like the place: the rooms are small, the sheets were stained, and there was no hot water.
2/10
We found condoms under the bed and in the dustbin, and the room we were shown wasn’t the one we got. As soon as we entered, a woman came in offering services. When we asked for our money back, they refused, so we had to leave and find another hotel.
2/10
The room was filthy, with a dirty bed sheet and towels, and someone kept interrupting us every 20 minutes over pointless things. I’d already paid the amount shown online, but at the hotel they denied the booking and demanded full payment in cash, saying they don’t accept online bookings. I had to pay extra to get a room. A fourth-rate hotel in Nallasopara. Don’t go there.
10/10
The rooms were really clean, and the service was very good. It’s open 24/7 and is couple-friendly too.
2/10
The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and there was a problem with the lights.
