Hotel Regency Vasai

There wasn't anyone around at checkout to help with our bags, so we had to take everything down ourselves. That was the last frustration in a stay that had already been a disaster. Hotel Regency Vasai's staff were rude and seemed put out by helping guests. It felt like too few people were running the place, and their work came across as careless, slow, and unprofessional. Our room wasn't clean when we arrived, and there was a cigarette butt in it. The extra bed we'd paid for came with a dirty mattress. Each mattress should have had a proper pillow, but we were told there weren't any. After asking several times, we got one that was so small and uncomfortable we couldn't sleep on it. We had to make do because even basic things weren't provided. I'm angry about the time and money we wasted. The rooms were unhygienic, the cleanliness was terrible, and basic facilities were missing. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Chandan kumar is an awesome manager, and I feel the hotel is lucky to have him. Some of the bell boys, though, were extremely rude and brought us dirty plates. I spoke to one of the owners, vaibhav, but still didn't get clean plates, so I ended up washing them myself. The staff should be taught some manners.

Room service was the best I've had, and the coordinator and staff were quick to respond, polite, and professional. Pankaj kumar is one example.

The rooms look beautiful, but the staff service is pathetic. The night front office guy was especially rude and bad. He doesn't know how to respect guests.
