Hotel Western Inn

We held a function in the banquet hall on 22 February. The ambience was lovely, the food was good, and the catering service was excellent. The staff were polite and helpful, and the event was organised just as promised, including the catering, decoration and DJ arrangements. We’d booked hotel rooms two years ago, and they were great too. Special thanks to Mr Arvind, who helped with the hall booking and menu suggestions, then looked after everything on the event day.

We ordered two dishes, and both were only average. They didn’t feel memorable or premium, and the food didn’t match the expectations set by the prices and branding. The staff and management also seemed uninterested and unprofessional. Communication, courtesy and accountability were lacking, and a staff member couldn’t tell me whether the property was actually four-star rated, replying, “I don’t know.” That left me questioning the training and professionalism. Western Inn Family Restaurant and Bar presents itself as a four-star hotel, but my visit was one of my most disappointing dining experiences in a long time. If a place markets itself as a premium or star-category establishment, its food, service and staff awareness should live up to that. Right now, the branding seems to be doing more work than the experience. Staff training and customer handling need serious improvement.

The decorations by Mr.Bhavesh really brought our vision to life, and Mr.Arvind arranged food for all the functions that was tasty, cleanly prepared and generous in quantity. Mr.Alex did a great job with the music throughout. My sister's engagement and wedding were held here. The staff were polite and professional, and went out of their way for our guests. Thanks, Western Inn!

Our wedding at this hall was wonderful, and the staff went above and beyond. Aravind was especially great to work with and took extra care to make sure my family's needs were met. The food was delicious and the decorations were lovely. I can't speak to the rooms, but the hall, food and staff were all great. It was the perfect location for us in Vasai. I'm from the US, and my husband is from India.
