Kalyan Nx By OYO Rooms

This place isn't worth the rating or the money. The receptionist spoke like a local goon and had no manners with customers. The bed linen had already been used. Skip it if you don't want to be humiliated. There are better options nearby.

Absolutely awful stay. The room was dirty, with cigarette butts, and even the towels were dirty. There was no hot water, the AC was too noisy, and the service was pathetic. They also charged unwanted room service prices. Sorry I stayed here, and I won't visit an OYO property again.

We booked KALYAN NX hotel through OYO for one night with pay at hotel, and called in the morning to confirm. When we arrived, they said they were full and told us to cancel the booking, offering rooms at their lodging instead. If it was the same property, why make us cancel? OYO didn't help either. In the end, our plan was cancelled for no reason. Pathetic hotel and OYO service.

Hard to find, tucked into the busy station road area. The rooms were okay, but the toilets were dusty.
