When I showed the payment receipt, they told me to contact OYO customer care. The hotel said OYO was a third party and that owners could change its rates, after first rejecting my OYO booking and saying the room couldn't be given at such a low price. The hotel even displays the OYO name. I felt they had no respect for customers or business. It seemed like a possible scam: someone could arrive after paying in full and still be refused, while the same room might be rented to someone else without being entered in the ledger. Imagine a family arriving late at night and facing that. Such hotels should be closed.

The location shown on Google Maps is wrong, but the rooms are nice and the service is good. The manager was very helpful, though the staff seemed uneducated. You can arrive without booking through OYO and get a room for ₹1400 for two people, the same price as OYO. Thanks to the OYO team.

There were lots of insects in the room, and it was one of the dirtiest rooms I've seen. The hotel is much farther away than the ad says. The staff were really awful, and the owner seemed like a fraud. I booked a Classic 2X but was given a Saver room. When I pointed out it wasn't the Classic, he denied it, then refused to show me a Saver room too. I'd rather stay on the road than here. Please don't go, you'll regret it.

I needed two rooms for two to four days, but when I asked to see a second small room before deciding, the person refused to show it. They had shown me one small room and one big one, and I wanted to finalize two small rooms. That sort of management made me reject the hotel. I could only imagine what the service would be like. The management was awful and hopeless. I didn't even visit the hotel.

It's a nice place to stay for a reasonable price. Gurukrupa restaurant is nearby, so getting good food is easy.
