Avhyay Resort

The pool had visible leakage, and since it was white, no one could confirm whether it had been cleaned properly. There was also drainage leakage in the bathroom and very low water pressure. The jacuzzi wasn't working, its filters were off, and the in-room coffee machine didn't work either. We were given a late check-in despite being promised a specific time, with no proper explanation or apology. The room wasn't prepared for the number of guests, and basic amenities were missing, which is unacceptable for the price. Staff kept giving misleading information instead of addressing these issues. General Manager Rohit misled us the most, misrepresenting facts rather than resolving anything. Poor maintenance, no professionalism, and no accountability. Not recommended.

KT resort is a lovely place to relax with people close to you, especially if you enjoy nature. It's in the heart of virar and surrounded by greenery, with fantastic views and all kinds of trees to see on a morning or evening stroll. Every room has a private pool, so you can enjoy time on your own with your partner without anyone disturbing you. The resort is entirely vegetarian and has parking. Thanks to Pavankumar, the GM, for helping us throughout the stay. I'll recommend KT resort to friends and relatives.

We had an amazing Valentine’s stay. The cozy room, romantic atmosphere, and private pool made it a great couple’s getaway. The food was great too, and the staff made us feel special. Highly recommended ❤️

The atmosphere was pleasant, the prices reasonable, and the staff friendly and attentive. The buffet lunch was outstanding: everything from the appetizers to the main courses was well prepared, with fresh-tasting ingredients and nicely balanced flavors. Great value for money, highly recommended.
