We paid the full amount in advance, but didn’t get proper service at all. There was water leaking in our room, and when we asked to move, the owner was arrogant and didn’t care. The service was terrible and the owner extremely rude. Their behavior was completely unprofessional. Never book here, they’ll ruin your trip.

It’s a nice place, within walking distance of the station. A little pricey, though still better than the nearby lodges. If they were a bit more flexible about checkout time, I’d give it five stars.

Rainwater leaked into the room and soaked all my clothes and instruments. The hotel management and maintenance are very poor, there’s no housekeeping or general maintenance manager, and nobody responded. No one would take responsibility, and the staff were indifferent.

A really bad hotel. The staff have no sense or manners when they speak. They charge whatever they want, and if you ask a question, they use bad language.
