Trio hotel

The rooms were full of mosquitoes, and management didn't seem to know how to run the hotel for customers' convenience. Room prices weren't fixed, they could change based on management's mood and the time. They only accept cash, and if you pay through UPI apps, they add extra charges.

I strongly recommend couples avoid this place. The property owner seemed not to care about safety, convenience, or customer service. They even refused to take OYO's call, which gave me the impression they didn't care about the guest experience. OYO confirmed our booking, but when we arrived, we found the property closed. It was around 2 o'clock at night. When we asked for a solution or replacement, they acted strangely lenient, as though they didn't care if we wandered around an unknown area at 2 o'clock with a friend. They suggested we pay whatever price the hotel asked. When I protested, they offered a room in a 3rd class hotel that didn't even seem to believe in cleaning. I spoke with 6 customer executives before getting a 80sq ft. Jail, although my original booking was for a premium room. OYO seemed concerned only about the money and nothing else. I've made a note of it, and others should too. I'll share the same feedback on other platforms to raise awareness.

The management was extremely poor, and it felt like they were snatching money. I had a prepaid booking, with 50% paid through the app and the rest due at the hotel. The owner refused to let me check in unless I booked directly at their price. OYO's price was 1100, but he charged 1200. There was a menu for dinner, but then the guy said he'd bring the same food from another restaurant without a bill. I refused. When I asked for a water bottle, he wanted 30 rupee instead of 20 and said the extra 10 rupee was a service charge. Pathetic. There was no network coverage in the rooms, and Wi-Fi only worked from 10 pm to 8 am.

Don't book this room through OYO. I booked it for my client, who had come from Tirupur urgently, but the hotel refused the booking over some payment issues. If you want a room here, contact the hotel directly. The hotel itself is good and within walking distance of Vasai Road Railway station west. The room and washroom are a little small, but fine for an average price.
