We were there for a wedding, but the staff weren’t cooperative, which made the experience disappointing. Power kept going out through the night, and the generator backup seemed either insufficient or not working properly. With the electricity failing so often, we couldn’t sleep properly and had a lot of inconvenience. A venue that hosts weddings and large events should provide better backup and guest support. I hope management makes improvements for future guests.

The calm, welcoming atmosphere made my stay at Hotel Gloria Inn, Al Batha especially pleasant. Housekeeping kept everything clean and comfortable, and the staff were courteous, attentive, and provided excellent service. I’d highly recommend it for a peaceful stay.

The place is nicely made, and the service was prompt during our two-day stay. Staff were helpful, and it’s a decent property for weddings and functions. The linen was very dirty, though, and the washrooms definitely need better cleaning and maintenance.

There’s a large entrance, and the rooms are classic and decent. I had a wedding experience here, and the service was fast and clean. The swimming pool and ground-floor seating area are nice, and the staff were polite and well dressed. The restaurant was a flop, though: they didn’t have fresh lemon juice or even quick bites. The property feels like three-star hotel quality, but the restaurant let it down.
