7 hills hotel and resort

The team at 7 Hills Resort were so helpful when we realized we'd left some belongings behind at checkout. They called us right away, made sure we got everything back, and even served us dinner when we returned. The staff were very polite, and the resort was beautifully kept, with a calm river view from every room. We had a wonderful stay.

The hotel was good, but the room had no Wi-Fi. We paid 5k per night, and the door lock was tight. At night the key stopped working. Staff tried to fix it but couldn't, so we had to move our luggage to another room. Its lock only worked from the inside. Must visit.

We arrived for an early check-in at 6 AM and paid an extra charge, which felt worth it. The rooms have peaceful riverside views, and the resort was clean and well maintained. Staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. A lovely, peaceful place to stay, highly recommended.

The food really let the stay down. The oil tasted unpleasant and the dishes were much too greasy, so even though breakfast was included, the buffet wasn't available because there were fewer guests during our weekday visit. Meals were made to order instead, but a lot went to waste because of the poor taste and quality. The rooms were decent and comfortable enough for a short stay, and the staff stayed polite, helpful, and attentive. The riverside setting is quiet and relaxing, though the hotel is about a 1 hr drive from main Lansdowne city. The location and staff are good, but the food needs serious improvement and pulled down the experience.
