The kitchen had only three staff members, there was no WiFi, and cleanliness was lacking. I stayed for almost 28 days, and the male receptionist was arrogant. He acted as if he were giving you five-star amenities and treated you like you were desperate to stay there. I wouldn’t recommend it. Owner, change the receptionist, because you’re not getting proper feedback and updates from your staff.
One of the worst stays I’ve had. I’d give it less than one star if I could. The charge isn’t worth even 500 rs.
It’s easy to get to the railway station and main road, and the staff are courteous and quick to help. The rooms are on the small side. Food and laundry service are almost nonexistent. It could work for someone traveling alone for work or personal reasons, but I wouldn’t choose it for a family.
During our 24-hour stay, the water was off twice, for about 20 minutes each time. One friend’s room hadn’t even been cleaned before check-in. The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, and customer service was poor. The only bright spot was the boys sent to clean the rooms, who were very nice and apologetic.
The location is great, close to both the station and bus stand, but the rates feel high for what you get. The rooms are an okay size, cleanliness could be better, and there’s no room service.
