Hotel Grand Leela Krishna

I was unhappy with my stay at the Grand Leela Krishna Hotel in Bhimavaram. For the high price, the King Suite, supposedly their most premium room, was a letdown: it wasn't comfortable, cleanliness was poor, and the sheets were in bad shape. Breakfast was said to be complimentary, but all they served was idly. They also don't take credit cards, which is inconvenient. The experience didn't justify the cost.

The in-house restaurant was awful. We left the food uneaten, the quality was bad, plates weren't properly clean, and mosquitoes were all over the place. The room was just as bad: full of cockroaches and mosquitoes, and it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. A tissue we used to wipe it came away black. Service wasn't available after 6 PM. The staff were arrogant and barely bothered to answer questions. We booked through MMT but were given a downgraded room. When we raised it, reception told us to cancel instead of sorting it out. Pathetic service and one of the worst hotels in town. Never go here.

I've stayed here twice, and both visits were disappointing because the rooms weren't clean. The pillows and bedsheets were dirty, and they seem to give guests used pillows and quilts without changing them between travellers.

There wasn't any hot water, and the room itself was poorly maintained. The toilet was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned before check-in. Hygiene was lacking throughout. Room service was almost nonexistent. When staff did respond, they were rude and unhelpful. I repeatedly asked for clean towels and more water, but the requests were ignored or met with rude answers. The only so-called complimentary water was one 500 ml bottle, nowhere near enough for one person, especially on a stay longer than a day. The service felt dismissive and unprofessional. This place doesn't meet even basic hospitality standards. I'd advise people looking for a clean, comfortable, respectful stay to avoid it.
