Ratnam Lodge is near the railway station in Bhimavaram town, which made getting around convenient. I found the rooms clean, cozy, and well maintained, with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, a TV, AC, and a fan. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and room service was prompt. Staff had smiling faces and helped with local information, though they didn't assist with luggage. My ratings: location and cleanliness 5/5 each; service, amenities, and value for money 4/5 each. I found it comfortable, convenient, and affordable, and would recommend it to travelers. Book ahead to make sure there's a room, and ask staff about local food. It suits business travelers, families, and solo travelers.

Don't book this hotel, I can't recommend it. It's an old place that looks ready to be scrapped, with no WiFi and no network available. The receptionist was very rude and doesn't know how to receive customers.

The food was the worst part. The room had a lot of dust and seemed to have been unused for a long time. Service was okay, and the hot water, TV, and WiFi worked great. Better to eat at the nearby Sridevi hotel.

One of the worst hotels in BHIMAVARAM. I never expected this. I spent the whole night battling bugs, and management was just as bad. They even suggested I sleep on the reception couch.
