Breakfast was good, though dinner food needs improvement. Mouli was supportive and helpful, and his service was much appreciated. The Food & Beverage team, Bhupender, Mouli, and Vikram, provided excellent service. Up front, Rajat, Avneet, and Iman gave us a very warm welcome, and Avneet made sure we were comfortable throughout. It was a wonderful stay overall, and I'd love to visit again.

The rooms were great, the breakfast buffet worked well, and the rooms were quick to access. The staff were friendly and well-meaning, though under-trained. This is a utilitarian property mainly for rooms and meals, and my ratings reflect its known limitations. Room service food quality, possible safety concerns, and the lack of guides and documentation brought the rating down.

The service wasn't friendly, and this didn't feel like a family-friendly stay. We asked for milk for our baby and were shocked by how much they charged. At good hotels, baby food is usually complimentary, since guests' comfort should be a priority. Very disappointing.

The room service was flawless, and the staff were attentive, polite, and polished throughout. The food was mind-blowing, too. Treehouse Nest Hotel has a classy feel, and I had a really nice stay that went beyond what I expected.

They ignored my repeated requests for baby food, then finally told me I’d have to pay for it. If there was a charge, they should have said so from the start. I’ve never seen another hotel charge for baby milk. The service was the worst I’ve experienced, so don’t book a room here.
