Divik Aparthotel

The food was very good, and the service staff were polite. My room at hotel divik apart was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere and a convenient location. Mr. Abhishek Yadav made check-in smooth and greeted us with a warm smile. His helpful manner and professionalism stood out. Thanks to the divik team, I appreciated the service and attitude.

Dinner at Divik Aparthotel near ISBT was a delight. The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious, with reasonable prices, and the cozy, elegant ambience made it easy to relax. The lady who served us was warm, attentive, and gave excellent service. A lovely place in Bhopal for a satisfying meal and pleasant hospitality.

There are lamps on both sides of the comfortable bed, and the room also has a mini refrigerator, kettle with teapot, steady table, and ergonomic chair. The interiors are modern and well designed, with thoughtful washroom details, including a separate bath area and a stylish wooden sliding door. Room service was prompt and efficient. Check-in felt warm and welcoming, with a refreshing welcome drink, and getting into the room with the smart card system was convenient.

The owner was the biggest problem during this stay. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, with no basic courtesy toward guests. That attitude affected the whole experience. The room was dirty too, with stained bedsheets, dusty surfaces, and a bathroom that hadn't been cleaned properly. The smell alone made me question whether to stay the night. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
