The reception team were helpful and cooperative, and the rooms felt thoughtfully designed with positive vibes. Sayaji Enrise Bhopal is surrounded by green trees and good landscaping, which made for a comfortable stay. A nice property and good value for money.

The room itself was excellent, though its large window faced a cement-covered metal sheet, so the view was awful. Inside, it was very comfortable, and the food was some of the best we had in Bhopal. The electricity kept cutting in and out in the evening and again after midnight. I woke up drenched in sweat. The pool also felt like it was there for show rather than use: the water wasn't clean, and broken tiles made swimming risky. I accidentally selected one guest instead of two when booking online, but they charged 1000 rs for the extra guest even though the room was a double with a king-size bed. Booking directly on the website would have cost only 400 extra. They were proactive about collecting the additional charge, but not about service. We had only one towel and one dental kit. In the morning I called reception for another towel; they said okay after a two-second pause, but never sent one.
