The air conditioning worked well, but the rest of the room fell short. There was no TV, the bathroom taps had very weak pressure, and the toilet had no jet spray. Most concerning, the door lock wasn't working properly. I had several problems during my stay, and it wasn't up to expectations.

As tourists, we didn't expect this kind of treatment. We had found the place on MakeMyTrip but hadn't booked because our travel plans weren't certain. When we arrived, they refused to honor the price shown in the app, quoted double the room price, and said we could no longer book online. A really awful experience.

The place is expensive and not worth the money. There was no electricity in the hotel at night, the tap water pressure was very low, and the staff were uncooperative. When I asked for a room key, they said there were no keys for that room. The worst hotel service I've ever received. I wouldn't recommend this property.

The rooms weren't clean, the reception and service were terrible, and the AC didn't work. The staff didn't even make an effort to address it. Don't book this place at any cost.

The location in Bhopal is good, but the service wasn't, and the rooms weren't up to the mark.
