I don't usually leave reviews, but this was the worst experience. I was so tired I went to sleep without checking the room, then woke up to find hairs of all sizes on the bed. I called many times but never got towels, the room had no lock so I couldn't lock it, and they refused breakfast. I was in room 206 on 1st Sep 2020. Worse than dharmshara.

The room was dirty, the locks didn't work, and service was awful. The reception area is the only clean part, apparently to fool customers. The manager at reception kept switching off the AC, and only turned it back on after many requests. My friends and I had a bad experience overall. I don't know how anyone managed to stay there.

Cockroaches and bugs on the bed, no water, a pathetic room and terrible service. Wouldn't recommend it.

Sort out the details before you stay, because they may scam you and ask for extra money. The room and bedsheet weren't clean, and they charge plenty while offering nothing. My stay was pathetic, so my advice is not to stay here at all. If you check in and find they're trying to scam you or give poor service, don't hesitate to abuse them. If you're reading this before booking, DON'T DO IT.

Don't stay here. The floors are very dirty, there's no hygiene or cleanliness, and they have no room service, Wi-Fi, TV, or blankets. Even the doors are broken. The reception is a disaster, and it's overpriced for the awful service.
