FabExpress Saket Inn

We ended up booking another hotel because there was no water, and we needed to get ready for the conference. The experience was horrible. We’d also paid extra for breakfast to be included, so why charge for it if it can’t be provided? I sent detailed feedback to the Fab hotel team. They claim to be a 3-star hotel, but in my experience they didn’t deserve even 1 star.

The location is quiet and close to ISBT and RKMP station, but there wasn’t much else to like. The desk service was okay, though the staff were unprofessional. The rooms weren’t filthy, but they were dusty and poorly cleaned. The sheets were dirty, and there were bodily fluid stains on the pillows and cushion. It felt like a guest house, not a hotel.

We somehow made it through three hours there, but the stay was pathetic. The rooms were very dirty, and neither the bedsheets nor blankets were clean. Food wasn’t available to order at the hotel.

The room needed a lot of cleaning, and the blankets and sheets were in poor shape. There’s significant work to do, or people won’t want to stay here.
