FabHotel Elegant Stay

After reading the reviews, I booked two nights at this Hinjewadi hotel, but left after just one. I can't understand the positive reviews. There were so many problems, and it's not worth even one star. The outside view is empty plots and construction sites, and there's no four-wheeler parking, so you have to leave your car outside overnight and hope it isn't damaged. They also made us pay the full amount at check-in. The room, toilet, and bathroom fittings were filthy. The floor, table, bucket, wash basin, taps, TV and set-top box remotes, and intercom all looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The flush pipe was broken, wasting half the water and leaving the toilet floor wet. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, perhaps because the outside compressor unit had become a pigeon nest and hadn't been cleaned either. The towels weren't even fit to use as floor mats. The lift only goes to the first floor. The door lock looked damaged from a forced entry and hadn't been replaced. The wooden door on the so-called wardrobe wobbled, maybe because of the floor. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
