The cleanliness, view, and location were all as described by other guests, and I have no complaints about those. The manager's dismissive, arrogant behavior, though, ruined our visit. My brother and I came to visit mataji and checked in on site for a double bedroom. We told the manager that we planned to stay for 3 days. The next day, as we were getting ready to go to mataji bhawan, a man came into the room and told us to leave. We were astonished. When we went to ask the manager what was going on, he acted as if we'd committed some sin. It spoiled our mood, ruined the trip, and delayed our plans by a few hours. We then had to look for another available room while carrying all our heavy luggage. Put yourself in our place and imagine how that felt.

The host was extremely polite, and the service was good. Rooms were clean and tidy, with hot water available 24/7. Since the hotel is in the main market, getting around was easy. Probably the best affordable stay in Katra.

The room was neat and comfortable, and the rates were good. It's close to the bus stand and the Vaishnodevi banganga entry point. An SBI atm is very close by, too. A rixo to the entrance point costs 150 rs. A good place to stay for a Vaishnodevi visit.

We've stayed here multiple times with a large group and didn't run into any major problems. The stay was hassle free, and the cloak room facilities were handy. A great place to stay.

We stayed here for 2 Days while visiting Vaishnodevi Mata Ji with my family. The family rooms were budget friendly, neat, and clean, and the view from the rooms was lovely. Staff were cooperative. Highly recommended.
