After paying 1900 rupees, we got a terrible room and no proper treatment. We weren’t allowed to check in until 11:50, then they gave us the worst room, demanded extra charges, argued with us, and shouted at us. The AC and TV didn’t work, and the blankets had already been used. We came from out of town, so how were we supposed to visit the property before booking? We’d stayed at red vibe hotel before and they were so nice, but this place wasted our money. We want it back. Please do something.

The rooms and amenities were so bad you couldn’t stay there, and none of the staff behaved well. I complained but got no helpful response. The room was completely different from the one shown on the site. Don’t stay here.

The facilities are excellent, and for me this is the number one hotel in Bhopal.

The room we got didn’t match the photos you and the hotel submitted. It was unmaintained, smelly, and dirty. The staff were kind and helpful, though not professional. I asked for the room to be cleaned and the bedsheet and towels changed, but they weren’t. The room and service I expected weren’t what we actually got. Please improve and maintain the rooms.
