Hotel O Comfortable Stay

After a long journey, I reached FabHotel Comfortable Stay, Bhopal around 2 AM, but the staff wouldn’t let me check in. I’d booked through a website for five days on 11 January and applied a coupon, yet they gave no proper reason for turning me away. They behaved rudely and suggested I find somewhere else in the middle of the night, which felt unsafe and stressful. The service was unprofessional, and I don’t recommend the hotel.

For two people, the rooms are nice and attractive at a price of 1000 to 1200.

We arrived at 1 AM on 2nd Feb 2024 after a long drive, and the reception told me not to call room service at night. That was unacceptable, since we might have needed water or something else overnight. The next day, they also refused my repeated requests for even a little extra time before checkout, despite my situation. There’s no elevator, only stairs, and the reception, staff, and room service were all impolite and pathetic. I had a terrible stay with my Mom and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Every room was dirty, and the sheets were stained with who knows what. The staff blamed us for the poor condition of the hotel and were awful. I’ve never had a worse motel stay. Avoid this place if you don’t want a bad experience.
