The location works for group tours where people cook for themselves and aren't concerned about hygiene. Otherwise, this was one of my worst stays in such a beautiful city. There was no security or receptionist, and the main door was left open, so street dogs could get into the lobby. There were no attendants or service staff to help. The TV didn't work, the AC barely cooled, and the fans ran very slowly. Breakfast was promised in the morning but never provided. I wasn't given a room key during my three-day stay. I had to use the master key, which they told me to collect from the main desk. The kitchen sink was clogged, and the bathroom drain didn't work.

The property was poorly maintained and the hygiene was far below what I expected. My room wasn't clean, the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and promised basic amenities were either missing or didn't work properly. Getting help made things worse. Requests and complaints were ignored or handled badly, and for the price, the whole experience was extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

The service was absolutely terrible, and we didn't even check in. They assigned us a room on the fourth floor with no lift service. Another customer with an amputated leg had to climb to the third floor to use the restroom because most room bathrooms didn't have a proper water connection.

I booked a room for the service, but a technical glitch meant it was booked for the wrong dates. I've asked for a refund and haven't received a proper response from the hotel management. I'm very unsatisfied, and I wouldn't recommend this for holidays or business trips.
