OYO 6757 Moriz Inn Boutique Hotel

The location in Shivarampet is close to the business area. The room was okay for a couple, and the toilet was fine. They provided a towel, but it was old and torn, so new ones are needed. One piece of the window glass covering was missing too. Maintenance needs more attention.

The receptionist was rude and kept trying to charge us for things, and didn’t know how to speak to customers. After booking two rooms with two beds through the app, I was made to pay an extra ₹700 with no valid reason. I ordered a non-spicy curry, but the waiter brought it spicy. There was no handwash or sanitizer, the rooms were very small, and the TV was old. The building looks like it’s from the 1900s. For this service, it’s not worth even ₹500. It’s clear why many of their hotels and restaurants are already shut down. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The one good part was the reception staff. They were kind and helpful, and one person helped us with our luggage. But the rooms weren’t up to the mark and didn’t feel fresh. The beds seemed a little dirty and unwashed, which made us uncomfortable using them. The area around the hotel and nearby places didn’t seem safe or good at night. I especially wouldn’t recommend it for families.

On March 31st, I stayed here after booking three AC rooms. One room’s AC only blew air like a fan, with no cooling at all. When I complained and asked to change rooms, reception made excuses that it would cool after 20 minutes. It never did, and they wouldn’t offer another room. Charging the full AC room price for that was unacceptable. All the bathrooms were filthy, and even basic things like buckets were broken. Early in the morning, staff knocked very aggressively on the room where my mother was staying to ask them to check out, then simply left. It was disturbing and unprofessional. The poor maintenance and lack of basic respect for customers make this a place I strongly don’t recommend.
