We waited at the hotel until 10 pm in heavy rain after they refused to check us in, despite having booked ahead through OYO and confirmed by phone with both the hotel and OYO. I'd called the hotel and OYO again half an hour before arriving, and they said it was confirmed and I needn't worry. At the hotel, they said there were no rooms. It seems they'd given the room I'd booked to someone else. OYO offered an alternative 127km away, then later told us to find a room ourselves because they couldn't help. It was night and raining heavily, so how were we supposed to go looking for another hotel? The hotel staff had no manners and the service was awful. OYO's service was terrible too. Why accept bookings and send confirmations if there are no rooms? Worst experience ever.

It's a very secluded, peaceful place. The new owner is friendly and will find solutions to any problems you run into.

When I got to the hotel, the receptionist said the tariff for the room I'd booked had changed from 959 rs to more than 1700 rupees, nearly double. I never expected service like that. The worst experience.

The owner has changed, and my experience was great. There was no disturbance of any kind.
