The restaurant was a terrible experience, with limited food and a bad attitude from the staff. If they can't serve hotel guests properly, they should stop offering restaurant service. The rooms also fell short of what the website showed. They seemed poorly maintained, with cockroaches throughout the room and rainwater leaking inside.

The room was just okay, and they charged ₹48 for extra drinking water, which seemed unreasonable. I wouldn't opt for the complimentary breakfast, especially if you're from Kerala or used to good quality food. It was extremely disappointing, and we ended up with food poisoning. We're currently admitted to the hospital. It wasn't worth it, and the experience was not great.

Mysuru's central location made it easy to reach the main tourist attractions, and the polite, helpful staff kept our family comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. We spent 4 days at Hotel Preethi International over the Christmas holidays in a Club Room (King Double). Complimentary breakfast came with the stay and was really good and tasty. A comfortable, convenient option for families, with good service.

Compared with other hotels in Mysuru's suburban areas, the room looks lavish while still being cost-effective. It was spacious and large, and the staff were polite. I had a great experience overall.
