I stayed here with my family and had an awful experience I won’t forget. The rooms were in terrible condition and not clean at all. At checkout, they demanded more than the amount agreed before check-in. When I objected, the boy at the booking counter got physical with us and used abusive language in front of the women. Since I was with my family and didn’t want the situation to get worse, I paid the extra amount and left. Please don’t stay here.

The room itself was clean and neat, and the accommodation was fine for one night. Beyond that, there wasn’t much to make me want to return. The rest of the property needs a lot of upkeep, really a complete makeover before it deserves better ratings.

The facilities are good and the rooms are maintained well, but the bed sheets need cleaning.

The location and rates are the only real advantages. Everything else was bad. I’ve posted a detailed review of the lodge on the Goibibo site.
