OYO 45057 Hotel J.B. Paradise

I had a very bad experience with the service. The bedsheet was really dirty, and when we asked for it to be changed, nobody responded.

I’ve never had a worse stay in Mysore. There were no basic amenities, including TV, AC and Lavotory. I’d booked two rooms a week ahead, but they handed over one while we were boarding and the other only at night. That one also lacked basic requirements. If there were a rating below 1, I’d choose it.

The room I got looked much worse than the pictures. When I asked for a different one, the staff questioned what was wrong with it. The new room’s bathroom was fully visible from outside, something I only realized in the morning, so there was no privacy. Someone kept opening and closing my windows. At checkout, a staff member asked to use my phone for something, then gave the hotel itself a 5 Star rating.

As soon as we saw the condition of the property, we left. The person in charge told me to park on the road, and the road access to the property wasn’t properly finished. We panicked while trying to find somewhere else and struggled for 3 valuable hours. I request a refund, and advise paying @850 rs. I hope you’ll reciprocate with a refund as a gesture.
