We felt suffocated because there were no windows. The AC we paid for wasn’t working properly, and the service was poor despite the high cost. They charged us ₹2K/night in the off-season, which felt like too much. On the good side, the bathroom was hygienic, the TV worked, the mattress was clean, the pillows were comfortable, and the staff were polite.

The breakfast was the only good part, and the security guard was very courteous. The rooms were dirty and looked nothing like the pictures. There were dead cockroaches in the cupboard, and the bathroom was tiny and cramped. Hot water was available only from 7-10am.

The railway station is nearby, and the palace and zoo are within 4km. But for the room price, I wasn’t happy with the room service or quality. There’s no hot water after 10.00 AM, the AC isn’t good, and there’s no parking facility.

The hotel was very poor, with bad behaviour and a terrible manager. When we complained, he only said it was our mistake. They’re cheaters. Don’t ever book a car through them: if you do, they’ll cheat you and leave you in a slum area where there’s no food or anything. I’m writing this so no tourist ever gets cheated like this. 😡😠😠😡

We paid around 3300rs per day for a 2+1, three-bed stay. It felt worth it for a weekend visit, especially during Dussehra. Nice place for families, and the room service was the best.
