The rooms smelled musty, and I doubt the blankets have been washed since the hotel opened. The washrooms were dirty, there was no Wi-Fi, and neither the fan nor the AC worked properly. One of the worst rooms I’ve ever seen, not even worth a single star. The service was terrible too. Please don’t book here and end up regretting it like we did. 😡

The rooms were disgusting and not cleaned at all. They looked nothing like the pictures on the booking sites, and everything felt different and unhygienic. A waste of time and money.

I couldn’t find the hotel, and customer care and Agoda CC gave no proper response. There’s no contact number on the hotel website, and nobody from the hotel called to help with check-in. It was a painful experience, so I’ve moved to another hotel now. :-((((

This hotel doesn’t exist. OYO is a complete fraud. Don’t book it.
