On 27-Dec-2025, we booked two rooms through Agoda and received both confirmation and payment receipts. When our family arrived to check in, the hotel refused us, saying it was overbooked. There were three ladies, one kid, and one gentleman with us, and we were left on the road. Agoda customer care wouldn't answer the phone. At that late hour we had to find another hotel at the last minute. We lost six thousand rupees and went through a painful, horrible night with family.

It was filthy: bedbugs in the bed, an unhygienic washroom, unwashed sheets, and dirty floors. There was no Wi-Fi either. I can't imagine it getting worse, might as well sleep on the road.

There was nothing good about the stay. It was noisy right on the road, so I couldn't sleep at night. The place was unclean, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. They moved a bedsheet from another room and passed it off as cleaning.

You denied our check-in, saying the property was overbooked. Booking.com had sent us many messages saying it was eager to serve us, so this was shameful. There was no Booking.com contact number, only the OYO Rooms call centre number. A horrible experience.

The bed was super soft, and the room was clean, which made a good first impression. The price is reasonable, the staff are courteous, and the location is right by the highway. The tap was the one awkward thing, it was hard to operate.
