I left as soon as I saw the room after checking in. The condition was completely unacceptable. This place looked nothing like the booking brochure, so don't trust the online photos or the property's name. It was a disgusting, unsafe nightmare. Avoid it at all costs.

The rooms are okay, but the bathroom needs some changes. There’s nowhere to hang clothes, and the bathroom windows are open with glass that isn’t in good condition. If they fixed those issues, it would be good. Otherwise, it’s okay.

The location is the best thing about this place, right in the city centre. The floors need work, and the place is dusty. Sheets are just okay, and there’s no TV. It would be better with more cleaning and tiled floors.

The room was really bad. The bathroom was filthy, the blanket smelled awful, and there wasn't a water jug or glass. Staff weren't cooperative, and the lights went out at night.

Bathrooms are very spacious, and there are rooms for different group sizes. A family of up to 10 can fit in one room with extra mattresses. The place is kept clean, and staff are helpful and cooperative. The City Bus stand and Devaraj Urs road are an easy walk away. Rooms facing east get truck noise. There’s no policy to keep youngsters and kids quiet at night, so they can disturb guests who want to sleep early.
