The room was in such bad shape, with open holes in the roof and heavy water leaking through. The floor stayed wet, making it uncomfortable and unhygienic, and the bathroom was terrible. Royal Lodge didn't meet even basic standards for travellers. The condition of the rooms shows little maintenance or concern for guests. I feel the place misleads and cheats travellers, especially tourists visiting Mysore. I strongly don't recommend Royal Lodge. They need to improve cleanliness, safety and basic facilities first.

The rooms weren't clean, and the bathrooms were horrible. I couldn't manage to stay even 24 hours, so I checked out early. Paid 900 for nothing.

The room and bathroom at this lodge were a terrible experience. There was water seepage and a bad smell. I don't recommend places like this.
